For more than 8 years, Zuzana has been helping technology companies expand throughout the EU and the US. Thanks to this experience, she began to work closely with the topic of inclusion and diversity and also understood its true meaning. Her experiences in the US, especially in San Francisco, inspired her to co-found the LUMUS Investment Collective and to be active in gender diversity in the financial ecosystem. At Lumus, she is responsible for partnerships and also helps with the evaluation of startups.
